She looked at the picture and only felt the hurt she had felt when her best friend had broken his promise to never leave her alone.  Carly, Day 101, April 11, 2026 Carly noticed the days getting colder and shorter. Snow was beginning to fall by the time she started her new job. It wasn't just the seasons that were changing, everyone was changing. Two of her friends married already. She was so happy for them, not just for the marriage part, but for their certainty in knowing they had found their forever person. How did they know that was the person for them?  Carly often struggled with whether she would ever allow her heart to truly open up to another person to know that kind of love.
