A Dance

 Carly, Day 83, March 24, 2026

Carly always plays jazz in her tattoo room, but she alters the music in the waiting area between Latin Pop, NuDisco, Summer Strut, R & B, and some others. Carly was giving a tattoo to a customer when Watcher saw Jace enter the studio with quite a flourish. 

Watcher: What in the world is Jace doing? Is that ballet? Is that some kind of new modern dance?

Watcher: I think I need to get a different angle on this dance. 

Watcher: That's better - that cute little behind is really moving!

Watcher: I am glad Carly is too busy to see this. 

Watcher: I don't know what dance this is, but I think Jace has mastered it. We need a video of that dance though. Jace is usually so shy and composed, so he is perfect to do that dance.

Meredith: Is this handsome young man your boyfriend?
Carly: No, he has a girlfriend. 
Meredith: He's a good dancer. 

Carly: What's this dance you were doing?
Jace: Oh, just something I learned in Selvadorada

And we have been in Nordhaven almost a month and I just learned that I could see the boat from Carly's living room window.

Still a week to do some exploring! And go listen to more lectures on Selvadoradian culture. Carly just remembered to apply to University. She had applied for scholarships in Gibbi Point, but never applied to University.

And Robin Banks came to see Carly again.

She didn't get anything. Carly confronted her.

Em thought that maybe she scared the burglar off.

Em: Don't come back here again!
Carly: Good Girl, Em. You are very fierce!
