Carly Back to Work

 Carly, Day 65, March 6, 2026

After working on some of  the other businesses, it was time to get Carly back to work. I was not going to have her hang out on her rooftop in winter, but when I came back to her house, she was grilling out. 

The house behind her I think is Ollie's old house which is now Honey's house. We could yell at each other on the rooftops.

And Carly was surprised to see Marcus stopped by that evening. She had not seen him in a long time. 


And then they watched a movie.


And Carly wasn't tired, so she made her seed gemstone so she can plant a crystal tree. And she discovered that she loves gemology.


The next day she opened the shop up and her first customer was royalty. I don't remember his name but he was very pleased with Carly's work. And left her a tip. 


And he was very nice to EmmaLou, but EmmaLou must have been playing in a puddle. She needed a bath.

Carly thinking of all the days to play in a puddle, EmmaLou. You are meeting royalty! 

And then Carly wanted to take everyone out to eat at the experimental restaurant. We got the big table. 

Juwon is now a member of Carly's club, Thorne is out. Everyone looked so nice all dressed up.

And then Carly got the first crush she has had in a long time. 

We never got dinner, but it was a nice time to sit and chat with everyone.
Carly: Tae, I can't believe I have a crush on Jace now that he's with Ashley.
Irene: Are we ever getting food? I should have just brought us a cake.

And Carly got a new employee the next day at work. Reading tips, she hired a young adult, Gavin Richards. He is supposed to clean, care for Em, and be friendly. He did great his first day.
Gavin is the one thinking about food, because Carly doesn't have a break room or anything. Probably breaking lots of employment laws.

And I saw he was shoveling.

And at the end of that day, Carly's business made it to the next level, and she got through the first two levels of the esteemed entrepreneur aspiration. 


And that night, Carly had a club gathering, but I will share that tomorrow.

 Carly, Day 57, February 26, 2026 Carly intended for just the girls to get together for dinner so they could talk about Jace and Ashley, but Carly forgets that if a few of them get together, it's a club meeting. Start of a New Term

 Carly, Day 96, April 6, 2026 One thing that makes University so hard is not getting your new classes until about 6PM and then you may have 3 classes to do homework for. Luckily, Carly only had 2 Thursday classes to prepare for. She was hard at work (mostly hard at work) studying when someone happened to be walking by her house and couldn't resist stopping in to see her.  Watcher: You just have to get through two class homeworks tonight.  Carly: I know. Watcher: You do not look like you are reading about writing children's books. Carly: I am still reading the book.  That's about the time Paolo showed up. That little want she has in the corner is to woohoo with Paolo.  Watcher: Carly, you still have to finish one more homework. Carly: Watcher says I have to do this one homework before we whatever. Tattoo Shop Opening

 Carly, Day 61, March 2, 2026 When Carly got home from the restaurant, she was feeling very independent and happy for their lives in Nordhaven. She told Em all about the shop opening the next day. Carly: Now Em, you will be the shop's official greeter while I tend the tattoo table. Everyone will love you, you are so cute. Em: Woof!  The next day, Carly officially opened the shop. Carly tending the table. And she spotted a familiar face. Carly: Pants off Paolo. You are getting a leg tattoo. Carly is very serious about her work. And she got her first good review from Paolo. Carly thinking she may need to get a closer look at that someday to make sure she didn't make any mistakes. Matteo was her next customer. Carly: I know you are getting an arm tattoo. Trust me, it will end up on your arm.
