First Date With Phillip

 Carly, Day 128, May 8, 2026

Carly quit her job as an author. She will still write books on her own time, but Watcher kept forgetting when she had to work (it was only 2x a week!). So she opened Tattoo You for the first time since moving to Ondarion. She thought the royals would flock in - they were always in Nordhaven, but alas, it was just commoners. The studio is in the basement this time. 

It is similar to the studio in Nordhaven with her friends always close by (via picture this time). And I know you all missed Carly's tattoo face. 

After she closed up shop, I switched to Phillip and he asked Carly out on their first official date. They met at the Lounge in Belacourt. 

And yes, probably a scandal because what's her name saw the King kissing a commoner.

They enjoyed a glass of plumberry nectar while they flirted and talked.

Phillip is captivated by Carly.



And Watcher is proud of Carly for getting a love heart and not a woohoo heart when thinking of Phillip. You never know with Carly.

But there was something very important that Phillip wanted to ask Carly. 
OK, not that picture. I was just so proud of them too.

Phillip: Carly, there is something I've been wanting to ask you.
Carly thinking that she should have put something other than cutoffs and a sweatshirt on. Is he popping the question already? And I'm still thinking about those boxers.

Phillip: Carly, I would be honored if you would join my dynasty? I could knight you right here.
Carly: That sounds fun, like when I used to knight all the kids with that big stick I found?
Phillip: Uh no, I still have bruises from that. I'll be gentle.

After the knighting ceremony, Carly ran outside and I thought for sure she was going out to start a sword fight, but she was just standing out there in the rain. Phillip went out after her and they sat down.
Smooth move, Phillip.

OK, it worked.


And Phillip had one more question to ask Carly.
They are now romantic partners.

And they got gold on the date and Carly got whisked away back home. Phillip still had a work task to complete so he got into a fun duel. 

He's the best. I am looking forward to him training Carly and seeing them duel.

Start of a New Term

 Carly, Day 96, April 6, 2026 One thing that makes University so hard is not getting your new classes until about 6PM and then you may have 3 classes to do homework for. Luckily, Carly only had 2 Thursday classes to prepare for. She was hard at work (mostly hard at work) studying when someone happened to be walking by her house and couldn't resist stopping in to see her.  Watcher: You just have to get through two class homeworks tonight.  Carly: I know. Watcher: You do not look like you are reading about writing children's books. Carly: I am still reading the book.  That's about the time Paolo showed up.  Carly, Day 122, May 2, 2026 Carly came to Ondarion because of the invitation she received. The day had arrived for the Masquerade Ball.  Carly: How do I look? Watcher: I think you look beautiful.
