Social Puppeteer

Carly's been holding onto two secrets for awhile that she acquired through hacking. One secret was about Adekoya Darong and one was about Ermelinda Abrantes. After Isabella left for school, Carly grabbed Phillip and they went first to Dambele. 

Carly promised to keep Adekoya's secret. Phillip is trying to pretend he doesn't know her.

Keeping the secret made him happy, so then Phillip did introduce himself.

Discovered the Anansi's Well in Dambele. This sounds interesting and Carly or Phillip may try to complete the trials if there is time this month. 

Then Carly dragged Phillip to the Abrantes house in Verdemar. Carly had a little red bar with her so they must have had a run in previously. She is extorting her because she knows a juicy little secret about her.

Phillip is actually friends with Ermelinda, so he again is pretending not to know the crazy redhead. Which reminds me of "I Love Lucy" - "Lucy, you got some 'splainin to do"

Ermelinda paid up.

So Carly completed Part 2 of the aspiration. The next part is harder and she has to get 5 more secrets from people and then extort 3 people. Maybe she'll leave Phillip out of this part of her journey. In the end though, he loves his crazy redhead.

Start of a New Term

 Carly, Day 96, April 6, 2026 One thing that makes University so hard is not getting your new classes until about 6PM and then you may have 3 classes to do homework for. Luckily, Carly only had 2 Thursday classes to prepare for. She was hard at work (mostly hard at work) studying when someone happened to be walking by her house and couldn't resist stopping in to see her.  Watcher: You just have to get through two class homeworks tonight.  Carly: I know. Watcher: You do not look like you are reading about writing children's books. Carly: I am still reading the book.  That's about the time Paolo showed up.  Carly, Day 122, May 2, 2026 Carly came to Ondarion because of the invitation she received. The day had arrived for the Masquerade Ball.  Carly: How do I look? Watcher: I think you look beautiful.
