Granite Falls

 Carly, Day 187, July 6, 2026

After Isabella and family left, Carly and Phillip were still wide awake and decided to go into town and check out the new bar that opened - Rick's Dive Bar (from the gallery and I use it in my main save in Strangerville and forgot to note the maker) and I turned it into a karaoke bar, but otherwise I didn't make any changes to it.  I also added a diner to Strangerville which they will go to sometime. 

They enjoyed a drink at the bar while the crowd started filtering in.

Eventually some old friends started showing up.

Cebolla is at the end of the bar.

And Tae showed up.

So Carly and Tae sang a duet.

And Ashley and Juwon both showed up too and Thorne.

This place always gets crowded, but Carly and Phillip left to get ready to leave in the morning for Granite Falls.

In Granite Falls, I am using the same vacation rental that I use in my main save. And I don't remember the creator but it is on the Lakeside Retreat lot and I think that is what it is called. Carly was the first to catch a fish.

Phillip looks jealous, but he eventually caught a few. Carly fished a lot in Copperdale and Gibbi Point so she has a lot more skill.

The rental has a big pool and Em was eager to jump in. It is Spring in my game and this was a sunny but chilly day, but still, Em, that cannot be your swimsuit.

But she got tired and took a nap on the deck while Phillip floated in the pool.

When she woke up, Carly took her on a walk through the forest.

And Phillip cooked up some of the fresh fish into shish kebabs.

And lots of good conversation in a very relaxing setting.

And they roasted marshmallows and enjoyed some time around the fire.

And they enjoyed some time in the hot tub.

A very enjoyable first day in Granite Falls. They are not worried about completing the aspiration here, just having a vacation.

 Carly, Day 57, February 26, 2026 Carly intended for just the girls to get together for dinner so they could talk about Jace and Ashley, but Carly forgets that if a few of them get together, it's a club meeting. Back At Home

 Carly, Day 146, May 26, 2026 The best thing about coming home after a long vacation... Em: Mommy, mommy, I missed you. Carly: I missed you too cutie pie. Carly was a little rusty with her swordsmanship training though. Carly: Ouch! And Carly started right in on trying to complete the social puppeteer. She thought maybe she could get some secrets at some of the bars, so after Phillip went to sleep, Carly headed out. She got enough secrets to complete the third part of the aspiration. Look how muscular everyone is though. It was definitely that decree. I had Phillip remove it so we'll see if people stop being so muscular. For the fourth part, she has to expose the royal burglar and she has to become friends with the Information Broker, as well as deal with 10 more secrets. But she is able to hack for the secrets in that last phase so she has been doing that too. And all of these interactions with the nobles has increased her rank with the nobles to where she outranks Phillip.  ...

Start of a New Term

 Carly, Day 96, April 6, 2026 One thing that makes University so hard is not getting your new classes until about 6PM and then you may have 3 classes to do homework for. Luckily, Carly only had 2 Thursday classes to prepare for. She was hard at work (mostly hard at work) studying when someone happened to be walking by her house and couldn't resist stopping in to see her.  Watcher: You just have to get through two class homeworks tonight.  Carly: I know. Watcher: You do not look like you are reading about writing children's books. Carly: I am still reading the book.  That's about the time Paolo showed up. That little want she has in the corner is to woohoo with Paolo.  Watcher: Carly, you still have to finish one more homework. Carly: Watcher says I have to do this one homework before we whatever.
