Amelia's Birthday

 Carly, Day 262, September 19, 2026

When the family got home from the beach, they decided it would be a great evening to have Amelia's young adult birthday party. Amelia did the inviting so she could have her teen friends over.

The first to arrive was Amelia's friend Mindy (who Watcher hopes will be her future sister-in-law) but we'll see what develops between her and Austin. And Watcher didn't realize Mom chose to wear her black and white party outfit and so did Amelia. They both have several and one could have changed, but I didn't bother.

Melody and Nanami were slow to go inside.

So there weren't many people at the party yet when Amelia tried getting a juice pong game going. Apparently Orange had come right in the house and decided to have a soak in the tub so when Amelia called him to the game, he only wore his towel.

Also playing were Mindy and Sachiko Nakagawa. She is the other cute blond.

Austin was trying to get a game of Don't Wake the Llama going and was talking to Melody.

He ended up getting Melody, Leo and Eric to join him. Mom started dancing.

And more juice pong. Is he ever going to dressed again?

And towel boy ended up winning.

And Mom started a game of darts with some of the kids, Kara, Nanami, and Mindy. Looks dangerous for those game players.

Meanwhile Phillip was outside bartending and grilling. He sat down and talked with Max and Kenji when they came for some food.

And then Carly got out the cake for Amelia. As soon as the candles were lit, Eric came to the kitchen for food. I think Phillip called people to eat twice and he only got Max and Kenji. Maybe Eric was hoping no one would see him (like his Dad) and then all of a sudden there was a birthday cake.

And Orange found his clothes.

And Casey was in the right place at the right time and snagged a piece of cake. Look how dirty he is. Everyday, he and Stanley.

And I was trying to remember to get some selfies.
