Spooky Party Tomarang

 Carly, Day 225, 2026

Carly and Phillip thought it would be fun to let the kids invite some of their friends over along with some of the parents to celebrate Spooky Night. Eric was the only one not to show up, but Jace did show up. And they invited Irene and Wolfie, but not Willow, thinking a toddler might not have had fun. I wished they would have though because I would love to have seen the toddler costume.

Honey and Isabella were the first to arrive. Carly was the pirate.

Amelia and Austin changed to their costumes. Not sure what Austin was supposed to be.

Cebolla was a witch, like Honey, and Tae was the zombie.

Wolfie and Irene were inside.

Jace was the gladiator, which was funny because he was that at his party.

Harrison was dressed as Yoda.

Austin and Amelia carved pumpkins.

I think everyone had fun. I have to make up some more Fall Holidays since I have the long seasons now. There is nothing on the calendar until HarvestFest and that is the last week of Fall. 

Slumber Party

 Carly, Day 220, August 8, 2026

Amelia (and Watcher) hosted her first slumber party. The kids all came. It was Eric, Melody, Leo, and Leif. But the sleep party got really buggy. Once Amelia said it was bed time, only Leif and Leo hopped in their sleeping bags. The other kids, including Amelia and her parents, stayed up all night because there were no sleep options on the beds or on the sleeping bags. And after the party ended, still no sleep options, so I had to exit then go back in and luckily it was fixed. So Watcher has decided that is the last slumber party! 

Eric was the first to arrive - he is such a cutie. They autonomously gave each other a hug.

Then we spotted Melody and Leif still out front.

So Amelia tried to call them to a game inside. It worked.

Carly grilled some burgers and called everyone to eat.

After food, Amelia and friends watched a movie.

 

 

When it was over, the problems started with getting everyone to sleep. So everyone stayed up. Phillip was telling Leif why it is impossible for him to knight Leif's Mom.

I don't know if Austin woke up or if Eric woke him up when he turned on his TV. It was cute though.

So on Sunday after Amelia got her BFF, I switched to Ondarion. And soon after getting there, they had a burglar. Isabella tried fighting her but got beaten. The police did show up soon after though and arrested Fia.

Kid Stuff and Toddler Play Date

 Carly, Day 214, August 2, 2026

Just some family time pics and Austin got to have a toddler play date with Willow and his cousin Spencer. We invited Eric since I didn't age him up yet, but he did not show up. 

The first Friday they were in the new house, it was Night on the Town. The only place I could think to go with a toddler was the Strangerville Diner because I put a high chair there. Everyone had fun talking, and the holiday checked off because they ordered food, but the food never came. They went home and got something to eat.

And while Amelia was at school, Carly, Phillip, and Austin made a quick trip to Windenburg to meet little Willow. Wolfie never let her out of his arms but Austin still got to say hello to her.

For one of her scouting badges, Amelia went down to the pier near their house.

And it looked like the night market was getting ready to open soon.

Carly and Phillip got the treehouse completed and then had to test it out and make sure it was sturdy enough for the kids.

And Amelia has a formative moment that involves watching TV with her sibling so they all gathered outside to watch the kids channel.

And they had the toddler party on a weekday afternoon. Amelia got home towards the end of it. As soon as Willow got there, Carly swooped her up and took her outside to the kiddie pool autonomously.

So then Phillip called for everyone to eat, Austin was grabbing food with Spencer. Austin is the little cowboy. Ignore the bike parts. I was cleaning out Carly's inventory and forgot they were on the wall.

And then all the toddlers started dancing. No parent came with Willow, but Isabella did come so I assumed Wolfie trusted his boss to bring Willow along with Spencer.

Settling in Tomarang

 Carly, Day 213, August 2, 2026

Carly and Phillip and family made the move to Tomarang in the wee hours of a Thursday morning. Amelia took the day off school. There were some things to unpack (and there are still more pictures and things to unpack) but it is starting to feel like home. Amelia started her mental aspiration and she still needed to read with an adult for 2 hours. Things got crazy hectic in Strangerville before they left so she finally got time to sit down with Dad and a good book. Dad is dressed up because he went on a noble venture earlier, which paid off with a quick promotion to King of Tomarang.

And Phillip helped Amelia with her homework. The dining and living areas are very open.

And Austin is starting to get to know Em better.

Carly and Phillip started working on the treehouse.

And Amelia was talking to Austin while he ate.

And Leo stopped by very late on Thursday night. Everyone was still up so Amelia went out to talk to him and they looked at stars and played hopscotch.

 

It is always nice to take Em for a walk in a new location to see some of the neighborhood. It is very pretty - more urban than I remembered, but pretty. They are living in the 40x30 lot in Morensong.

I don't know if anyone remembers me saying that in my main save I had a couple live in Tomarang while the wife solved the Strangerville mystery and then they moved -- but while they were in Tomarang it rained torrential downpours everyday and I hated it.  Well, when Carly and Phillip got to Tomarang it was pouring rain and I looked at the calendar and it was going to rain for 5 out of the next 6 days.
