I found myself browsing for hair for Carly for next month so I will ask your opinions on whether she should have the short hair or the long hair. 

All of these styles are by simstrouble. 

I love this short hair style and I had thought that I wanted her to have shoulder or chin length hair. So maybe if not this month, maybe down the road. 

All opinions are welcome!

And for dressing up, even though it appears short, I would use a bun. 

But then I found this hair, again from simstrouble, and it had a lot of coordinating updos, including a long braid, bun, pony tail, and I like that too. I didn't think I would like her with long straight hair, but now I kind of like it. 

And options for hair in front on both sides or all in back.


And the coordinating ponytail. 

I could see her with the long hair in May and she's going to be traveling to Selvadorada during May and can pull it back.  Maybe the short hair is more frazzled Mom hair with an optional messy bun.

Back At Home

 Carly, Day 146, May 26, 2026 The best thing about coming home after a long vacation... Em: Mommy, mommy, I missed you. Carly: I missed you too cutie pie. Carly was a little rusty with her swordsmanship training though. Carly: Ouch! And Carly started right in on trying to complete the social puppeteer. She thought maybe she could get some secrets at some of the bars, so after Phillip went to sleep, Carly headed out. She got enough secrets to complete the third part of the aspiration. Look how muscular everyone is though. It was definitely that decree. I had Phillip remove it so we'll see if people stop being so muscular. For the fourth part, she has to expose the royal burglar and she has to become friends with the Information Broker, as well as deal with 10 more secrets. But she is able to hack for the secrets in that last phase so she has been doing that too. And all of these interactions with the nobles has increased her rank with the nobles to where she outranks Phillip.  ...

Start of a New Term

 Carly, Day 96, April 6, 2026 One thing that makes University so hard is not getting your new classes until about 6PM and then you may have 3 classes to do homework for. Luckily, Carly only had 2 Thursday classes to prepare for. She was hard at work (mostly hard at work) studying when someone happened to be walking by her house and couldn't resist stopping in to see her.  Watcher: You just have to get through two class homeworks tonight.  Carly: I know. Watcher: You do not look like you are reading about writing children's books. Carly: I am still reading the book.  That's about the time Paolo showed up. That little want she has in the corner is to woohoo with Paolo.  Watcher: Carly, you still have to finish one more homework. Carly: Watcher says I have to do this one homework before we whatever.
